OUR STORY
In the past 10 years, Rourke Construction has personally bought and renovated over 100 homes in the Greater Lowell area as well as renovated and built customized homes for our patrons. Our leader, Ryan Rourke, has amassed expertise in building new structures and flipping existing properties over the course of his career, and his ability to close quickly has kept our clients smiling year after year. In addition to managing Rourke Construction, Ryan also owns, leases, and maintains a vast collection of single and multi-family properties in the Merrimack Valley area.
